Through CONNECT+LEARN:
On the app CONNECT+LEARN, a registered user can contact our team by following these steps:
Step 1: After logging in to your profile, tap on your profile icon.
Step 2: On your profile page tap on ‘contact us’.
Step 3: A page will pop up in the app with a section to insert your question/comment/concern.
Note: Make sure to select a topic to be able to submit your support ticket.
Step 4: Make sure to press submit!
Note: We will get in contact with you via the email you provided us with when you registered your Rockmelon account.
Through our website:
On our website Rockmelon registered users can lodge support tickets by following these steps:
Step 1: Open our website browser and tap on the ‘help’ icon or ‘question mark’ icon on the bottom right-hand corner.
Step 2: A ‘contact us’ window will pop up. Enter your name, Rockmelon registered email account and your comment.
Note: Make sure to enter the same email address you have registered your Rockmelon account with in order for us to be able to identify you.
Step 4: Press ‘send’ and we will be in touch with you via your registered Rockmelon email account.
