How do I lodge a support ticket?

If you need assistance with Rockmelon's CONNECT+LEARN or have any other queries, please submit a support ticket with your registered Rockmelon account email:

Through CONNECT+LEARN:

Step 1: After logging in to your profile, tap on your profile icon. 

Step 2: On your profile page tap on ‘contact us’.

Step 3: A page will pop up in the app with a section to insert your question/comment/concern. 

Note: Make sure to select a topic to be able to submit your support ticket.

Step 4: Tap on ‘submit’ to send it through to Rockmelon Support.

Note: we will be getting in contact with you through your registered Rockmelon account email.

Through our website:

Step 1: Go to rockmelon.com and select the ‘help’ or question mark icon in the bottom right-hand corner. 

Step 2: A ‘contact us’ window will pop up. Enter your name, Rockmelon registered user email and your comment.

Note: Ensure you enter the correct Rockmelon registered email to help us identify your account in our system.

Step 4: Submit and we will be in touch soon via your registered Rockmelon account email.
