What is the difference between a registered subscriber, a basic plan registered user and a registered team member?

A registered subscriber is someone who is on a monthly subscription A registered subscriber has full access to all  the content and functionality that is available according to their subscription plan.

A basic plan registered user is someone that is currently using the Basic version of CONNECT+LEARN without being subscribed to any of our subscriptions plans. A basic plan registered user has limited access to content and functionality on the app.

A registered team member is a registered user that is part of a Team. A registered team member can be (1) a registered subscriber or (2) a basic plan registered user. A registered team member has access to the same level of content and functionality available as their Team Administrator. Team Administrators are registered subscribers and are subscribed to a monthly plan.

Note: if you are a registered Team member on a BASIC plan and your Team administrator cancels their subscription or removes you as a member, you will lose subscriber access to our premium content and functionality.

A registered subscriber, a basic plan registered user and a registered team member all are  registered accounts on our system.
