I have invited a Team member but they are still classified as ‘pending’?
New Team member WITHOUT a registered Rockmelon account:
Here is a list of reasons which might explain why your invitee is still pending:
They have not yet received your invitation email.
You may have the wrong email or accidentally made a typo when inviting them.
The Team invite email has been redirected to their spam or junk folder.
They received your email, however they may have signed up to CONNECT+LEARN using a different email address.
If you think you may have the wrong email address or made a typo, try resending the Team invite. Please also ask them to check their junk and spam folders.
If they have used a different email to sign up, ask them to logout from that account and sign up again using the email address you sent their Team invitation to.

If the person you have invited to your Team already has a registered Rockmelon account, they should have been added directly into your Team. If they were not added automatically try:
Refreshing your Team page.
Closing the app and reopening it again.
Logging out and logging in again.
If none of these options work, send us a support ticket through CONNECT+LEARN or our website.
