Why should I set Goals?

For children with autism and developmental delays, there can sometimes seem like there is an insurmountable list of skills we need to teach them. By setting Goals you can set yourself a focus, start making some initial wins and formulating a plan to move your child forward.

Rockmelon has a huge range of content and we want to make it easy for you to find and access the resources relevant to you and your child right now. You might not be even thinking about school yet, just getting your child to stay in bed at night is higher on your list of priorities. Setting Goals will mean you have access to all the information you need to help you achieve that Goal.
