The animation videos on a Skill are not playing.

If you are having trouble loading the animation double check you have a strong internet connection. Any performance issues should be related to your connection speed. If a video is not playing at all or you are experiencing extended periods of buffering and it is not your internet connection, please send us a support ticket via CONNECT+LEARN or through our website and we will try to assist you further.
