If you have lost or forgotten your password, please follow these steps to change it:
Step 1: When you are logging in, click on ‘forgot my password’ and a page will pop up to request password reset.
Step 2: Enter the email address you have used to register your Rockmelon CONNECT+LEARN account with and tap on ‘Request password reset’.
Step 3: Open your emails and you should have received an email from email@example.com with a unique confirmation code.
Note: this confirmation code can only be used once.
Step 4: Go back to the app and enter the confirmation code to create a new password. Tap on ‘Request password reset’.
