Step 1: After logging in to your profile, tap on your profile icon.
Step 2: On your profile page tap on ‘contact us’.
Step 3: A page will pop up in the app with a section to insert your question/comment/concern.
Note: Make sure to select a topic to be able to submit your support ticket.
Step 4: Tap on ‘submit’ to send it through to Rockmelon Support.
Note: we will be getting in contact with you through your registered Rockmelon account email.
