When your Rockmelon account is in ‘read only’ mode, you will only be able to view the existing content on your account. You won’t be able to create or alter any new or existing content while your account is in ‘read only’ mode. If you are the Team owner, your Team members also won’t be able to create or alter any new or existing content.
Your CONNECT+LEARN may be in ‘read only’ mode for one of the following reasons:
1. You have unsubscribed from CONNECT+LEARN.
2. You have downgraded your CONNECT+LEARN subscription plan.
3. If you have not unsubscribed from CONNECT+LEARN or downgraded your subscription plan, and your account is in ‘read only’ mode, there might be a problem with your iTunes billing information. Check in your device settings to ensure that your iTunes billing information is up-to-date.
