Rockmelon is dedicated to providing a safe and secure platform for all our users. All users have their own password-protected account, and nobody is able to view, use or edit someone else’s content and data without their consent.
Rockmelon support staff can only view basic user information, such as name and type of Rockmelon licence. Staff at partner organisations, such as therapists, only have the access agreed between that organisation and their users.
Our software and apps are implemented with best-practice security and hosted with leading cloud computing platforms. This includes end-to-end encryption for all network traffic using SSL, and encryption for all data when it is stored. Sensitive functionality like payments and password management is outsourced to market-leading specialist providers. Our team includes highly experienced engineers and we perform regular security tests with external experts.
